Access

Membership access begins once your purchase is successfully processed. Many products are delivered digitally and may be available immediately after purchase.

Billing

Some services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal (if available) or by contacting us at askme@beyourbest.nyc. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. Access to membership content continues through the end of your paid period.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and often delivered immediately, all sales of digital products and monthly memberships are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, technical errors, or other special circumstances at our sole discretion.
