The recipe

Ingredients

  • Bell peppers, tops removed
  • Cooked lentils
  • Cooked rice (brown or white)
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
